Julie Snyder

Julie’s love for yoga started over a decade ago when exploring a beginner’s class during high school in her home state of Wisconsin. In 2022 she received her yoga teacher’s certificate at an Indian yoga ashram in Florida. Her yoga classes have something for everyone with her attunement to students’ experience level. Her inclusivity in class offers students to embrace the practice through curiosity and creative movement, breathwork, and positive affirmations.

Teacher

Michelle Micallef

I’ve been practicing yoga for the past 12 years, and I’m so excited to share the magic it’s brought into my life. Yoga has always been my anchor — a way to quiet my mind, reconnect with myself, and feel a deeper sense of community. I truly believe that yoga is the practice of aligning mind, body, and spirit, and that the lessons we learn on the mat empower us to live more fully and intentionally off the mat as well.

In each class, I aim to guide you on a journey that blends the healing medicines of movement, breath, and mindset shifts.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me outdoors — gardening, playing with my dogs, camping, and hiking. I love weaving the wisdom of nature into my classes, bringing that grounded, adventurous spirit into our practice.
